The quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) programme ensures that results provided in our laboratory are accurate, reliable and unbiased.
That's why SADEF got an accreditation from the COFRAC (French Comity of Accreditation).
COFRAC is commisioned to certify that a firm is maintaining a rigourous QA/QC programme, and to get these methodologies recognised europe and worldwide.
In our organisation, this recognition implies that:
The SADEF team is professional and experienced. Our employees undergo a training course every year.
Measurement apparatus is reliable, properly maintained, checked and calibrated with respect to certified standards.
Our facilities have been designed to be specific and adapted to our activities.
Our consumable material management insures that we only use quality-controlled products.
We use standardized or validated methods.
Samples are tracked from their receipt to the final reporting of results and setting of records.
We set specific quality assurance/quality control procedures for each group of sample.
We maintain a rigourous procedure for control and maintenance of laboratory documents, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and Quality Assurance Manual.

Each analysis batch includes more than 10 % of internal control samples for results validation.
Blank samples are processed and took into account for all analyses.
We regularly take part in laboratories cross-test circles.
Whenever necessary, we use different methods, duplicates, or triplicates.
We also systematically control calibration and standards by cross-testing.
The management of anomalies or claims immediately initiates corrective and preventive actions.
Besides regular audits by the COFRAC, we conduct internal audits to check our quality programme.
