In 1999 SADEF - Pôle d'Aspach rationally redeployed its ressources on the premises. We also launched a plan of modernization of our computer systems, and implemented the necessary modifications to insure Y2K compatibility.
We also achieved the realization of two important undertakings:
A thorough reflection lead to the development of a precise system of economic managing of our business activities.
A work of investigation and set up of corrective actions to insure that we meet our terms with maximal efficiency, as we are committed to.
The statement of the past four years shows that the quality plan is a real tool essential to the functioning of our laboratory, at all levels of its activity, from direct quality control of our services to internal organizational aspects: responsibilization, maintenance of our production tools, traceability.
Overall, it keeps our staff in a permanent "quality state of mind", it establishes the confidence of our customers in our results, and it is the guarantee of our impartiality and proficiency.
For the coming year, I assign the following tasks to our team:
To support and keep on developing the plan established for programs 96 "soil analyses" and 108 "fertilizing substances and substrates analyses".
To work on extending the approach to the new program 156 "mud and sediments analyses".
To start a reflection and take the first measures to evolve our quality plan towards the specifications of the coming ISO 17025 norm.
But also, we will :
Carry on with our effort in terms of delays, especially as our volume of activity will grow.
Extend the quality plan to all the tasks at Pôle d¹Aspach.
Better define the needs of our clients in order to provide them even more satisfaction.
The success of these actions is the goal and responsibility of each of us. Their conclusion in official recognition is concrete evidence on which our clients will rely to put their confidence in us.
